Search By Keyword
If you are trying to find a specific business in a general category you may want to use a less specific search term to widen your results.
Out Of Our Service Area
You may be trying to find a business that is located outside of our normal search area. There are many phone numbers in the 513, 859, and 812 area codes that do not fall into our normal search coverage. Try a National Search instead.
Find By Browsing Categories
If you would like to locate all businesses within a certain heading (or category), try our Directory Browse feature.
Find By Street Name
If you know the street name but can not remember the business name, try using our Advanced Search to search by street name, zip code, or city.
Finding People
If you are trying to locate a residential or home phone number, try using our White Pages search.
Finding Non-Listing Information
The best place to look for non-listing information on cbyp.com is on the Site Map page.

Why won`t my listing come up in your database?

Before trying anything else, use a Reverse Search on your business phone number to see if the listing is missing from our database. If your business listing comes back after the Reverse Search, then verify the spelling of your business name on the listing. If the name is correct, then it is possible that the listing may have been placed under the wrong heading. If you know the heading your business listing belongs under, then you can verify this from our Browse Categories page. If you run into problems or the reverse search doesnt locate your business, please use the Contact Us form and submit a Support Request. Generally, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
